- Initial Conversation – We learn about your needs, goals and preferences.
- Support Plan – Built together so expectations and processes are clear.
- Clinical and Behaviour Review – Our Clinical Nurse and Behaviour Practitioner ensure safe setup.
- Support Worker Matching – Based on skill, personality, communication style and environment.

Once the Agreement is signed, we can begin services as soon as we complete your Support Plan, meet your team, understand your routines, match the right Support Workers and ensure all clinical or behavioural supports are set up safely.
This can take as little as 24 hours, or up to 6–8 weeks depending on accommodation, clinical needs and whether we are building a new team from scratch.
You’ll have a main contact — your Program Manager — along with our Rostering Team for day‑to‑day changes.
Our Clinical Nurse or Behaviour Practitioner may also be involved for clinical matters.

All About Caring works with NDIS, iCare, TAC, LSS, NIISQ and private funding.
Tell us straight away. You can speak with your Program Manager, our office, or anyone you feel comfortable with.
We take all concerns seriously, act quickly and work with you to resolve issues.
Yes, if it falls within our specialty areas (ABI, SCI, neurological, degenerative or high‑physical‑support needs).
This won’t happen because we only claim for supports we actually deliver.
We follow strict NDIS billing rules and audits, keeping support and accommodation separate.
In addition, we have a Clinical Nurse and Behaviour Practitioner ensuring all supports meet safety and ethical standards.

- Strong clinical and behavioural governance
- Sustainable service delivery
- Safe and consistent support for the long term
Therefore, we only operate in areas where we can confidently maintain our expected standard of care.
Possibly, but it depends on:
- Your support needs

- Whether we can safely build and maintain a reliable team around you
- The level of clinical and behavioural oversight required
If we cannot safely meet your needs, we will always be transparent and help connect you with trusted providers in your region.
