Where It All Began
All About Caring began operating from a 2-bed apartment with two people in 2001. We were one of the first businesses to be registered when the National Disability Insurance Scheme Quality and Safeguards Commission was launched, having participated in the pilot program for the NDIS Practice Standards alongside the Australian Community Industry Alliance (ACIA) and the Department of Social Services.
In 2021 we achieved “Best Practice” for Support Planning and Quality Management for both NDIS Practice Standards and Australian Community Industry Standards, and we followed this up by achieving “Best Practice” again in 2023.
Overall, our continued commitment to quality, compliance, and service excellence has made All About Caring one of the most trusted and reliable disability support service providers in Australia.
