Where It All Began

It started with one question –

What does this person actually need, today, to live the way they want to?

More than 25 years later, that’s still the question that guides every decision we make.

All About Caring was founded on the belief that no one should lose their dignity, safety or independence because they need high levels of support.

Over time, that commitment led us to specialise in supporting people living with the effects of acquired and traumatic brain injury.

Brain injury is rarely straightforward. Every person experiences different cognitive, behavioural, emotional and physical challenges, often alongside complex funding arrangements, clinical recommendations and risk considerations.

Families, hospitals, insurers and support coordinators need confidence that the provider they choose can navigate that complexity safely and effectively.

That’s where we come in.

We combine specialist brain injury expertise with strong clinical partnerships, robust governance systems and highly skilled support teams to deliver certainty in complex situations.

Whether someone is transitioning home from hospital, rebuilding independence after a catastrophic injury, or requiring long-term support in the community, we work alongside their care team to create sustainable outcomes.

Today, we support children and adults living with brain injury and other complex support needs across NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

We partner with hospitals, rehabilitation teams, insurers, clinicians and families to help people build meaningful lives with the right supports, the right expertise and the confidence that comes from knowing they’re in capable hands.

The right support should become part of life, not the focus of it.

Brain injury can change almost every aspect of a person’s life, but it does not define who they are.

What 25 years of care looks like.
