Care Team

It can be difficult to find a competent and reliable care provider for your client or loved one. Continuity of care is crucial. Gaps in staff availability or having staff assigned who lack the appropriate skills is not acceptable.

Complex Care is a specialised field requiring Nurses and Support Workers to undertake additional training to provide the best care. As the person charged with choosing the right provider for your client or loved one, it can be a confusing and frustrating experience.

Our Thorough Onboarding Process

We understand your concerns and are dedicated to providing professional and reliable care – 24/7 if required. It is one of the reasons our onboarding process for new clients is so extensive and thorough.

We want to make sure we clearly understand what is needed and have the confidence to be your supplier of choice.

Initially we create a detailed, individual care plan together so your goals, expectations and processes are clear to everyone.

We then match our wonderful Support Workers to the new client based on skill, personality, communication style and environment. This is an important step to make sure any future changes required are avoided or kept to a minimum.

All along the way, our Clinical Nurse and Behaviour Practitioner oversees the plan to ensure a safe setup and long term success.

All About Caring makes everything easier and it gives me more confidence about being able to manage my clients and the cases I’m dealing with effectively.
